Absolutely! I love bringing custom creations to life. Send me a message with your color preferences or design ideas, and I'll do my best to make it happen. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.
Most items can be spot cleaned gently or hand washed with mild soap. For stuffed toys, hand wash carefully and lay flat to dry. Face scrubbies can be machine washed in a mesh laundry bag. Always check the care instructions included with your order!
Since each piece is handmade with love, please allow 5-7 business days for creation before shipping. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships!
